See the platform at work.

We are an engineering company, so the most honest thing we can show you is not a capability list — it is something we built. These four come out of the same integration, orchestration, data and governance work we do for customers, and they all run on the same platform underneath.

The platform underneath

Why a services firm ships products

The middle letter of the method.

Research tells us what a business actually needs. Products is where that becomes something real — designed, integrated, built and deployed. Results is what changed afterwards.

These four are the clearest evidence of the middle stage. Each one started as a problem a customer had, was built on the platform we already run, and is now something we can show you rather than describe.

They are deliberately different from one another: an operational view, a conversation layer, a measurement agent, and a vertical assistant. Between them they exercise nearly everything the architecture does.

  1. Research

We learn how customers interact with you, how employees work and where the experience breaks down.

  2. Products

We determine what technology, integration, automation or product will actually improve that experience.

  3. Results

We measure whether customers and employees actually experienced an improvement.

The portfolio

Four products, built on one foundation.

This is not a catalog and there is no self-serve sign-up. Each is deployed and operated as part of an engagement, configured around your environment. All four sit on ddash™ — the connected-data and integration platform underneath, which is a foundation rather than a fifth product.

ddash™ Command

See your communications operation in one place

ddash™ Command is the heads-up display and control plane for your company’s communication systems. See what is happening, understand why, and act from one operational view — customizable around your environment.

  • Activity, routing, quality and system health in one operational view
  • Controls alongside the view, not in a separate admin tool
  • Built on the ddash™ connected-data platform

In production, on the ddash™ platform.

Conversational AI + integration + orchestration

chat-api

Conversational AI integration and orchestration

The layer between a conversation and everything the business knows. chat-api takes a live conversation, gathers context from the systems of record, decides what can be answered or acted on, and hands to a human when that is the right call — with the whole path recorded.

  • Connects conversational channels to CRM, ERP and line-of-business systems
  • Multi-system context assembled per conversation
  • Workflow and agent orchestration through ddash™

In active development. Demonstrated against Dialpad environments.

Active development

Observability + data + operational intelligence

Beacon

Communications-quality observability and operational intelligence

A small agent at the customer site that continuously measures the conditions affecting communications quality and reports them back for visibility and investigation. Built to answer "was it the network?" with evidence instead of opinion.

  • Runs at the customer location, measuring from where the problem is experienced
  • Continuous measurement of latency, jitter, loss, availability and path quality
  • Secure outbound telemetry — no inbound firewall exposure

In active development.

Demonstration

Vertical AI + knowledge + governance + integration

GB8

Vertical glass-industry AI with knowledge, integration and governance

What happens when a general integration and governance architecture is pointed at one industry. GB8 combines glass-industry knowledge with a customer’s own business data and systems, under the same governance every other RPR deployment carries.

  • Industry vocabulary and workflows rather than a generic assistant
  • Grounded in the customer’s own orders, inventory and pricing
  • Connected to the systems a glass business already runs

Demonstration product, shown at GlassBuild.

What they share

ddash™ sits underneath all four.

None of the four carries its own integration layer, data model or governance. They run on ddash™, the connected-data and integration platform — which is why a second system costs a fraction of the first, and why the governance story is identical across all of them.

  1. Connect Into the systems already running the business.
  2. Normalize Continuously, so the data stays usable.
  3. Orchestrate Context, events and actions between systems.
  4. Govern Controls and context around how it all operates.
  5. Visualize Connected data turned into views people use.
  6. Act People and governed automation taking action.
